Throughout this challenging year, under the wise leadership of Rabjam Rinpoche, Shechen's many activities in Nepal, India, and Bhutan continued unabatedly.

Our nuns and monks are resilient and disciplined. They continue to adapt to the unprecedented conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. Throughout the crises, as well as safely conducting prayer sessions and ceremonies, they have also developed new skills and taken on new tasks, even helping on our construction sites!

~Shechen Sponsorships Programs offer you an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of boys, girls, and young women. Less than half of our students have sponsors. Please join this joyful, sustaining program ($250/annual or $21/monthly)!

~The Shechen School develops the leaders of the future. Help the school continue online classes and upgrade its library and science lab. Your gift will ensure that the amazing progress the school has made so far will continue. (see video below)

~Shechen Orgyen Chodzong Nunnery is one of two nunneries Rabjam Rinpoche established in Bhutan to address spiritual development and education for women. The nuns are in urgent need of a new septic system. Your donation will make it possible to install one ($14,000).
